Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Admission Registration Fees

Registration fees paid for online or offline admission applications cover administrative evaluation, prospectus issuance, and processing overheads. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable once an application is submitted.

2. Academic Tuition & Annual Fees

Refunds or adjustments of academic tuition fees and school dues are governed by official CBSE guidelines and school management policies:

• Withdrawal Before Session Commencement: Tuition fees paid in advance may be refunded after deducting standard administrative processing charges, provided written notice is submitted to the Principal's office before the term begins.
• Withdrawal During Academic Term: If a student is withdrawn during an ongoing term, tuition fee for the current month/quarter is chargeable. Caution deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after clearance of all library and departmental dues.

3. Duplicate or Failed Online Transactions

In case of duplicate payment debits resulting from technical or bank gateway errors during online fee payment, the excess amount will be verified and refunded directly to the original payment source account within 7 to 10 working days upon submission of bank transaction proof.
